Dean Schmittlein is the John C Head III Dean and Professor of Marketing at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kwabena B. Donkor is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Stanford Graduate
School of Business, a Faculty Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), and was a 2022–2023 Fletcher Jones Faculty Scholar. His research areas are: Behavioral Economics, Industrial Organizations, Marketing, and Labor Economics. Donkor's work combines insights from behavioral economics with data and field experiments to study social norms, identity, and how these constructs interact with policy within the marketplace. He studied at the University of Ghana and holds a BA/MA in Economics from Hunter College (CUNY), as well as an MS in Agricultural & Resource Economics and a PhD in Agricultural & Resource Economics, both degrees from University of California-Berkeley. His honors include a IRLE Dissertation Fellowship and a UC Berkeley Mentor Research Award.

Xiaolu Hsi earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University. She is a psychologist at MIT Student Health and Counseling, where she specializes in neuropsychology. Xiaolu regularly runs workshops for MIT graduate students on topics such as writer's block, procrastination, and anxiety.
